    Music licensing is frankly a song in TV/Film, Commercials, Documentaries, Cable/Streaming Networks, Internet, Apps/Games, music on the Radio, in Restaurants, or the Nightclubs, etc., used in a commercial project or public space…that music has to be licensed for its usage.
  • How Much Does This Cost?
    The purchase can vary based on if you are purchasing a Non-Exclusive, Exclusive, or Custom License. The cost can be as low as $25 Non-Exclusive.
  • How Can I Use The Music?
    You can use the music licensed in films, television, web pages, apps/games, CDs and DVDs that include Voice Overs (i.e., meditation, self-help, motivation, etc. (Excluding Compilations), audiobooks, powerpoint/company presentations, marketing firms, music for retail stores and galleries, fashion shows.
  • What Are My Rights?
    You may use the songs in the areas mentioned above, for the duration of the license agreement. You do not, however, own the rights to the songs licensed, just the right to use the song you purchase in your project, except for custom songs (Some Restrictions Apply). All songs must give proper attribution to the author (Where Applicable) in all categories.

  • I Want A Refund On My Purchase!
    Unfortunately, once you have downloaded material, it can not be refunded.
  • I’m a DJ/Artist Can I Use Your Music On My Compilation CD?
    No, Our music is not eligible for CDs/DVD, or Streaming Networks in the form of Album/EP/LP, Mixtape, Demo, or Compilations paid nor free in whole or part (With the exception of Custom Songs). No sample of our music is allowed in your project and will be considered an infringement of the rights of the owner/author of the material.
  • Can I Use The Licensed Song In A Monetized YouTube Video?
    The answer is Yes and No. NO, you can not monetize any Non-Exclusive or Exclusive songs. However, YES may monetize a Custom song. The ONLY exception to this rule is in the case of a video using the song as BACKGROUND music only, an individual speaking over the music: Voice Over, Exercise, Marketing, Company Presentation, etc. (Excluding Hip Hop, Spoken Word, or Comedy) (Attribution Is Required)
  • How Do I Get A Custom Score For My Project?
    Go to the contact link fill out the proper section and leave a brief description of your project: what kind of project is it (Film/TV, Documetary, Gaming, etc.), Length, Genre (s) you would like in your project, Budget, and Deadline. Although our initial contact would by via email, Be sure to include in your description your email, full name/contact person, a vaild phone number, and best call times i the dialog box.
