Music licensing is frankly a song in TV/Film, Commercials, Documentaries, Cable/Streaming Networks, Internet, Apps/Games, music on the Radio, in Restaurants, or the Nightclubs, etc., used in a commercial project or public space…that music has to be licensed for its usage.

The purchase can vary based on if you are purchasing a Non-Exclusive, Exclusive, or Custom License. The cost can be as low as $25 Non-Exclusive.

You can use the music licensed in films, television, web pages, apps/games, CDs and DVDs that include Voice Overs (i.e., meditation, self-help, motivation, etc. (Excluding Compilations), audiobooks, powerpoint/company presentations, marketing firms, music for retail stores and galleries, fashion shows.

You may use the songs in the areas mentioned above, for the duration of the license agreement. You do not, however, own the rights to the songs licensed, just the right to use the song you purchase in your project, except for custom songs (Some Restrictions Apply).
